Hey there, it's Zette, the autistic designer behind Sacred Vandalism, and I'm thrilled to share the beginning of our epic online store journey with you! Building a brand from scratch is no joke, and let me tell you, I can't do it alone. Today, I want to take you on a personal ride, sharing the challenges we face and the incredible partnerships that make it all possible.

Meet Lynda Marrokal, my ride-or-die bestie for over three decades and the mastermind behind our financial game and ad campaign photography. Lynda has had my back since I was 18, supporting my creative escapades and making sure I actually eat (can't forget those avocado toasts!). She's not only the CFO and Brand Photographer but also my superhero, shielding me from toxic vibes and abusive mother drama.

But that's not all! We've got more power players on board! Nicole, Lynda's talented daughter, is my partner-in-creative-crime. Like me, she's neurodivergent and an absolute boss when it comes to artistry and organizing chaos. Nicole brings the creative sizzle and the #OrganizeGoals vibes we need.

Together, we form an unstoppable trio, seamlessly blending our unique talents and experiences to bring our handmade accessories empire dreams to life. We lift each other up, celebrate our strengths, and fearlessly navigate the wild world of building Sacred Vandalism.

Our collaboration is a bubbling cauldron of creativity, infusing our growth with limitless possibilities and laying the foundation for extraordinary success. And let's not forget the rest of our incredible SV Crew! Lynda's amazing sons - Raymond Boffman, our amazing model, effortlessly embodies the spirit of Sacred Vandalism and Anthony Boffman, brings unparalleled web talents to our online presence. We're also grateful to Nicole's incredible husband, Sani Choudhury, and the ever-supportive Harry Boffman for their unwavering love and encouragement.

Diagnosed with autism and ADHD later in life, I'm on a transformative journey of self-discovery and identifying accommodations. Embracing my diagnosis has revealed unique strengths and challenges, highlighting the importance of a strong support network especially in this endeavor. Without the SV crews unwavering support, embarking on the entrepreneurial journey alone as someone with autism and a chronic illness would have been insurmountable. Believe me, I've tried and failed countless times pre-diagnosis.

Accommodating sensory needs and overcoming executive dysfunction are daily challenges. I haven't conquered these hurdles, but I'm devoted to daily improvement. Innovating ways to work effectively from bed, creating sensory-friendly environments, and experimenting with executive functioning strategies are my ongoing quests. Creating a structure where I thrive with disabilities is vital.

Sadly, no roadmap guides us. We're pioneers, learning and adapting as we forge our path. Through resilience, determination, and unwavering support, I'm committed to paving the way for others facing similar challenges.

The neurodivergent and disabled community on TikTok provides immense knowledge and support. Connecting with like-minded individuals who share experiences is a wellspring of inspiration and guidance. Together, we uplift and empower, united in our unique journeys.

We shatter barriers, defy norms, and build a community celebrating diversity and inclusivity.

This is Zette, bidding farewell and sending positive energy to our tribe. Keep shining bright, and I'll catch you on the flip side!
